Our boiler broke and Prestige Energy came round promptly to diagnose the problem (a broken pump) before ordering the required part. Prestige Energy were great in communicating with us to let us know how long we could expect to wait for the part to arrive and kindly drove to a supplier a good distance away where they could procure the part quicker than expected. It’s been freezing cold so we were super grateful for them going above and beyond to get us heating a day earlier! Great service, would use again in a heartbeat but hopefully next time a service instead of a repair!
